Visitor Registration

Q1. Do I have to register at the venue even though I’ve registered online?

No. Once you’ve registered online, you can straight away collect your visitor pass from the registration counter at the venue.

Q2. Do I need to carry anything with me in order to register at the venue?

No documents are required. However, you can hand over your business card and tick the form at the registration desk

Q3. Do I have to register every time I attend the expo on all the 3 days?

No. Please carry your visitor pass for instant entry.

Q4. Is there a registration fee?

No. Entry is free of cost on all 3 days.

General Queries

Q1. Is the expo opened to the public all the 3 days?

No. Only the third day i.e. 13th May is open for the public.

Q2. Can I avail transportation to and from the expo fairgrounds from within the city?

Yes. IMPACT is being served by an array of transportation services such as on-call taxis, minibuses, public buses and IMPACT Link shuttle bus services. Please click here for more details.

Q3. Can I bring my kids along with me?

No. The expo is strictly restricted to business-related customers only.

Q4. Can I take photographs on the show floor?

No. Photography is strictly prohibited.

Q5. Can I buy LED products at the show?

A majority of companies usually display their products only. However, some individual companies may choose to sell their products at their booth, which will be only on the last day of the expo.

Exhibitor Registration

Q1. How do I register as an exhibitor?

You can send an online query with your interest in taking a booth at the show. We will then send you the updated floor plan with available locations, pricing & answers to all your queries. Consequent to this you revert with your preferred location which we reserve for you & in the meanwhile you send the completed space application form & remit the advance payment. On receipt of payment we confirm your booth & take you forward through the entire process of setting up your booth.

General Queries

Q1. As an exhibitor, can I attend the Thailand LED Summit free of cost?

Yes, you can attend Thailand LED Summit for free but need to reserve seat prior to the Schedule. However, concurent to the Thailand LED Summit, there is an International LED Summit, which is paid @ 2000 Thai bht.

Q2. Can I enter the exhibition grounds whenever I want?

Entry for exhibitors during stall construction is from 9-10 May 2017 for raw space and 10 May 2017 for standard booth and during expo days from 11-13 May 2017.

Q3. Will free lunch, tea/coffee and water be provided to exhibitors during the show?

No. Restaurants & eateries are present at several locations within the exhibition hall & centre from where you can buy food & beverages.

Q4. Are there lockers provided for exhibitors in the exhibition halls?

No. All valuables need to be personally taken care of. Organizers will not be held liable for any loss or theft of valuables. However, security will be present at all entry/exit points.

Q5. Whom can I approach for queries and additional requirements during the show?

You can approach anyone at the Organizer’s Help Desk located within the hall.
